How does a lesson work?
The lesson runs online at the booked time. The in-platform video room is coming soon — for now, agree on the format and link with your tutor in the platform chat.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. If more than 12 hours remain before the lesson, the money is refunded 100% to your internal balance. Later — no refund. If the tutor cancels, the money is always refunded in full.
What should I prepare for the lesson?
A stable internet connection, a microphone and a camera are enough. Message the tutor about your goal in advance — the first lesson will be more productive.
